We have endeavoured to keep our order process as simple as possible, and more importantly, cost-effective as possible to ensure low prices.
Menu structure based on who you are
Our Buy Now Menu is divided into two sections. The first item is the Frequent Buyer or Fast Ordering Page for our regular customers and members who buy on a daily basis, and know our products and services.This page has no product descriptions for these customers.

Minimum order values for a pick-up and collection service service is £30.

All order need to start with your preffered collection day. Currently, we collect laundry on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS.
Online order cut off times are SUNDAY 6 pm, and WEDNESDAY 6 pm for booking collections
.
- Wash Choices:
All our washes are based on a 6KG load. We provide 3 types of washes depending on your clothes and bedding colour.
These being - White, Darks and Mixed Colours
- Wash Upgrades:For those wanting a wash for sensitive skin, and extra softness with a unique fragrant freshness, we provides a Fairy Non-Bio Upgrade

COLLECTION OPTIONS
In the order process, please fill in the NOTES section to inform us where you have placed your laundry for collection. Please place you laundry in a sturdy bag, a strong bin liner will do, and ensure each bag is under 6 KGs.

Ironing - Bed Sets
Ironing service are only available to customers purchasing a WASH SERVICE. Currently, ironing services are only available for BEDDING.

We do provide ironing services to MEMBERS ONLY, specifically to our commercial customers. Please mention this requirement within your memebership application
Duvet Washes
We cater for all types, including feather, and sizes of Duvets up to Super King Size. This service is available within our minimum order value of £30
