We Pick Up Your Laundry
Simply place your laundry in any disposable bags. On your chosen collection day, leave the bags in your designated safe space (like a porch or behind a gate), and our driver will collect them. We’ll send a friendly reminder so you don’t forget!

Our experienced team treats your clothes with the utmost care. We wash, dry, and neatly fold every item according to your selections, using high-quality products to ensure everything comes back fresh, clean, and ready to put away.

How should I prepare my laundry for collection?
Please place your laundry in any sturdy, disposable bags. If you can, separating your whites, colors, and darks into different bags is a great help, but if you’re in a rush, we can handle the sorting for you.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard service has a 2-3 day turnaround. For example, a Monday collection is returned on Thursday. If you need your laundry back faster, simply select our Next Day Service option when you place your order for a 24-hour turnaround!
Can I provide special instructions for my clothes?
Absolutely. There is an “Additional Information” box on the order form where you can leave any specific notes for our team, such as requests for low-temperature washes or special care for delicate items.
What if I'm not home for collection or delivery?
No problem! Most of our customers specify a “safe space” for us to collect from and deliver to. This can be a porch, a sheltered area in your garden, a secure outbuilding, or with a concierge/reception. Just let us know in the “Driver Instructions” field when you order.
